In the artwork Kungkarangkalpa Tjukula Tjukurpa, Meredith has painted the Seven Sisters story. This is a tjukurpa (creation story) about the seven sisters who travel from Western Australia to New South Wales, turning into stars at the completion of their journey. Meredith paints a section of this journey in which the sisters are travelling through Desert, as they walk the women become thirsty and stop at a rock hole to have a drink of water before continuing their trek
