Joanne O'Toole is an emerging artist from Umoona Art Centre in Coober Pedy. Joanne began painting in mid-2021 and depicts her country through her paintings. She is current Chairperson of Umoona Community Art Centre and is also on the board of Umoona Community Council. Joanne is passionate about the art centre and the new jobs that will be created in Umoona Community. Joanne is also committed to her artistic practice she has become one of the most sought after emerging artists at Umoona Community Art Centre.
